By accessing libertypublisher.com or engaging Liberty Publishers for editing, design, formatting, printing, or distribution services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting a manuscript or requesting a quote.

01

Who we are

Liberty Publishers is a publishing services company based at 3215 Avenue H, Brooklyn, New York, 11210 USA. We provide editorial, design, production, and distribution support to authors while authors retain ownership of their work unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

02

Website use

You may browse this website for personal, non-commercial information about our services. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or interfere with site security or performance.

  • Content on this site is for general information and does not create a publishing contract by itself.
  • Quotes, package descriptions, and timelines are estimates until confirmed in writing.
  • We may update site content, pricing ranges, or service descriptions at any time.

03

Publishing services

When you request a quote or submit materials, we will review your project and may propose a scope of work, fees, and timeline. A paid engagement begins only after you accept a written proposal or service agreement and any required deposit is received.

  • You keep 100% of your copyright and royalties unless you sign a different rights agreement in writing.
  • You confirm that submitted manuscripts and materials are original or that you have rights to use them.
  • You are responsible for factual accuracy, permissions for third-party content, and legal review of sensitive claims.

04

Payments and refunds

Fees, payment schedules, and deliverables are stated in your proposal. Work may pause if invoices remain unpaid. Refund eligibility depends on work completed and is described in your service agreement. Custom creative work already delivered is generally non-refundable.

05

Intellectual property

Your manuscript remains yours. Final cover art, interior layouts, and related files created under a paid project are licensed or assigned to you as stated in your agreement. Liberty Publishers' website design, branding, copy, and marketing materials remain our property.

06

Distribution and third parties

Retail availability depends on store policies, catalog reviews, and third-party platforms such as Amazon, Ingram, Apple Books, and similar partners. We do not guarantee sales outcomes, ranking, reviews, or uninterrupted listing on any retailer.

07

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liberty Publishers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or publishing services. Our total liability for a paid project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project.

08

Changes and contact

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised Terms. For questions, email info@libertypublisher.com or contact us through the website contact form.
